Casino de Genting (seen in the image below) is just part of the resort that calls itself the "City of Entertainment" and apparently the price for living up to that name is the employment of 13,000 workers,
This striking property features much more than gambling. Located 6,000 feet above sea level, Casino de Genting is home to 29 restaurants as well as a theme park that includes a Ripley's Believe It or Not! Museum, a wind-turbine sky diving simulator, a hand-gliding roller coaster and a Rain Forest Splash Pool. There is also a Cineplex, bowling alley and a championship golf course on site.
Six hotels with more than 6,000 rooms also make Casino de Genting the casino with the most guest rooms in the world.
As for the gaming experience, the 200,000 square feet of casino space is filled with electronic table games, slots machine as well as table games such as roulette, Pai Gow, Baccarat and blackjack. There's also the themed outlet called @Latté that offers cutting edge slot machines all while brewing up some of the finest coffee in Asia.
The two mega-casinos that call Connecticut home are the next two properties on our list. Foxwoods currently employs 10,220 people, but that number will swell to close to the 13,000 mark this spring when the MGM Foxwoods opens on May 17.
The first Las Vegas location on the list is Bellagio, the Steve Wynn-creation that is best known for the artificial lake that was built between the building and the Strip. Bellagio is one of four Las Vegas properties to make this list along with the MGM Grand, Mandalay Bay and Caesar's Palace.
