WHO’S ACTUALLY CONTROLLING KELANTAN?
Lately there had been a cause for concern among the people of Kelantan as to who is actually the real power behind the Kelantan State Government.
Hidden hands had been manipulating and withholding implementations decided by the Chief Minister and the Excos.
Mining concessions and TOL lands had been coerced into submission.
State Financial Officer Dato’ Shkori Mohamad had been dictating the Kelantan Excos with regard to major mining decisions under the pretext of Palace directives.
State Secretary Dato’ Aiseri Alias, the most senior Kelantan Civil Servant were painted as inefficient by the power crazy Dato’ Shkori.
Anybody who went against Dato Shkori’s wishes will be transferred out. That’s left corrupted officers within the Land Office and the Office of PTG and enforcement is dead. This led to many illegal mines and sand taking operation. One officer was transferred out after barely served for 4 months. His offence was he did heed to Dato’ Shkori’s wishes.
This is a serious matter that needs attention and action from the highly respected Chief Minister Dato’ Nik Abdul Aziz.
The ‘rakyat’ of Kelantan does not believe that His Royal Highness the Sultan of Kelantan is behind these interferences in the State Administration.
The ‘rakyat’ wish and hopes for swift actions to be taken by the Kelantan State Government against the real culprit and a few of his supporters before it is too late.
