Shoot To Kill?

Military presence around many parts of Petaling Jaya late tonight is not a welcome sign for a democratic country. Military men are not meant for policing work. When they take over, it always mean shoot to kill.

Military will take over when police fail to control the situation and normally the government will declare state of emergency and during the curfew hours, the military has the right to shoot at anybody who refuse to abide by the rule.

Is this what the government plan? Does the Minister of Home Affairs understand the repercussion of using the military. Is it by just one session of a join exercise with the Police, the military are now the expert in policing work?

What is the justification by putting a professional killing machine against unarmed civilian who just want to demonstrate against the democratically elected government?
