POSTING 46: POLICE REPORT ON THE KELANTAN INSIDER
Since we opened this blog, there have been some sensitive materials that have the potential to “tarnish the image of the Kelantan royal house” that we at the Kelantan Insider have written or downloaded.
However, instead of seeing police reports being lodged or court suits being made by the people that become the subjects of our writings, it is rather strange that what we hear is a very deafening silence. Nothing ever comes out of it: No report, no suit.
Not even the ever compliant blogs of their dedicated supporters,
especially the ones located at
http://www.rakyatkelantan.blogspot/ (died already),
http://kickdefella.wordpress.com/ (almost died also as far as the palace matters are concerned),
http://newkk.blogspot.com/,
http://justread-whatever.blogspot.com/
and http://www.kelantaninsider.blogspot.com/ (recently created with the clear intent of confusing our readers and our potential readers, but, never mind, as they said, imitation is the sincerest of flattery),
dared to comment at all.
Hence, imagine our surprise when, all of a sudden, a short article that we wrote on 3 October 2010, that is “POSTING 45: SULTAN ISMAIL PETRA AKAN DIBAWA LARI KE THAILAND?”, managed to entice a police report on us when there was practically nothing inside it that can be perceived as having the potential to “tarnish the image of the Kelantan royal house”, what more to “disrupt peace”.
The article is indeed very simple: Based on believable information that we received, we, out of our concern for Sultan Ismail Petra’s safety, pleaded those people planning to illegally bring him to Thailand not to do so besides urging the relevant authorities to do something to prevent the plan from being materialized. Other than that, there was also this general statement about our hope that those people would no longer use Sultan Ismail Petra’s name for their personal gains.
Compare that article with these specific articles that we wrote earlier:
1. In “POSTING 2: THE RAJA PEREMPUAN OF KELANTAN'S MANY CONDOMINIUM UNITS”, which we eventually removed from our site (but not due to any problem on its authentication), we explicitly wrote that “the (then) Raja Perempuan of Kelantan, Tengku Anis, bought 6 units of luxurious apartments (with the price of a few million ringgits each) at Dua Residency, 211, Jalan Tun Razak, 50400 Kuala Lumpur” and that “other than that, Tengku Anis also bought another unit of equally luxurious apartment at Apartment A16, Desa Kudalari”. We even named the said Dua Residency units' numbers, which are A-7-2 (Lot 1-7-B), B-2-5 (Lot 11-2-E), B-18-3 (Lot 11-18-D), B-A-3A-5 (Lot 1-3A-E), B-A-6-2 (Lot 1-6-B) and B-13A-6 (Lot 11-15-F), besides naming the said Desa Kudalari’s unit number, which is Lot 316, Sek 63 (Geran 42420). More importantly, we did also pose this question, that is “now, where did Tengku Anis get the money to buy all of these luxurious apartments?” (for the record, we in fact knew where the money did come from, just that we did not want to reveal it, okay?).
2. In “POSTING 5(2): ADUAN MENGENAI DAKWAAN PENYELEWENGAN YANG DIAJUKAN KEPADA TUANKU ISMAIL PETRA” and “POSTING 10: KEMBALIKAN HAK RAKYAT JIKA ADA YANG KITA TERSILAP URUSKAN”, we implicitly wrote about how the then Raja Perempuan of Kelantan, Tengku Anis, illegally used her influence to interfere in state government matters for the purpose of advancing her own personal gains at the expense of the rakyat.
3. In “POSTING 24: MENGAPA MASALAH KESIHATAN TUANKU ISMAIL PETRA MENJADI SATU ISU BESAR DI NEGERI KELANTAN?” we implicitly wrote about how the then Raja Perempuan of Kelantan, Tengku Anis, illegally transferred the titles of certain government lands, including the land on which Istana Telipot (the palace in which the current Sultan Kelantan, Sultan Muhammad Ke-V, is residing) is located, into her own name.
Or compare that with these specific articles that we also wrote earlier:
1. In “POSTING 3: A DOCUMENT SPEAKS A THOUSAND WORDS” and “POSTING 44: PENJELASAN KE ATAS PENARIKAN BALIK GELARAN "TEMENGGONG"”, we implicitly wrote about how Tengku Muhammad Fakhry Petra illegally sold a timber concession that rightly belongs to his father, Sultan Ismail Petra. We even named the Chinese timber towkay to whom he sold it, which is Ho Chung Meng aka Ah Meng, besides disclosing the amount that he got from this illegal deal, which is more than RM30 million.
We wonder why you fail to lodge any kind of police report or make any kind of court suit on us for these articles, Mister Kolonel Zahari Bakri. Is it because they are nothing but the truth? If you want us to reveal more then you can try us, Mister.
It is not our writings that tarnished the image of the Kelantan royal house but it is prolonged misdeeds of Tengku Anis and Tengku Muhammad Fakhry Petra that did tarnish it. The rakyat knew it all along even if we do not tell them, Mister.
Allahu Akbar.
P/S: “POSTING 45: SULTAN ISMAIL PETRA AKAN DIBAWA LARI KE THAILAND?” is a truth, but the action not yet being done, and the objective of this article being published is indeed to prevent the action from being done, the action can then be not done so that we can be accused of publishing an untrue story. Well, what matters is that we have succeeded in ensuring that our beloved Sultan Ismail Petra is safe. Imagine what can happen if we did not publish this story.
Istana Buat Laporan Polis SMS Komplot Larikan Bekas Sultan
(Bernama, 5 Oktober 2010, 15:42 PM)
Please take nec action.

(Berita Harian, muka surat 10)

'Ex-ruler prefers to stay on in Kelantan'
KOTA BARU: An aide to Sultan Ismail Petra yesterday dismissed a fresh rumour that there was an attempt to take the former state ruler out of the country.
Aide-de-camp Colonel Zahari Bakri said the former sultan of Kelantan wished to stay at Istana Mahkota here to continue with his treatment.
"He (Sultan Ismail Petra) is keeping to his physiotherapy routine and treatment at Istana Mahkota.
"There is no plan to take him away as he prefers to remain at Istana Mahkota," he said.
It was rumoured that there was a clandestine move to whisk away the former ruler to neighbouring Bangkok via the Kelantan-Thailand border.
Sultan Ismail Petra, who has been ill for more than a year after suffering a stroke, is the father of the present Sultan of Kelantan, Sultan Muhammad V, who ascended the throne on Sept 13.
Zahari said he received a text message on the purported plan to take Sultan Ismail Petra to Thailand.
"I believe the rumour-mongers are trying to give an impression that the royal families at Istana Mahkota are evil people."
Meanwhile, state royal household comptroller Datuk Abdul Halim Hamad, when contacted, declined to comment.
